Yes, you can submit up to three abstracts.

Each speaker must register as a participant. This includes the payment of a conference fee.

There will be a relevant number of sessions running in parallel. The sessions will be 75-90 minutes long. Session chairs will provide several presentations. The presentations will be structured as a lecture followed by an opportunity for questions and answers.

Individual sessions will also be conducted through impulse presentations by several speakers, followed by a more intensive discussion or a question-answer period.

We are planning to offer the opportunity to publish peer reviewed short papers (4-8 pages) in the form of open access (OA) conference proceedings indexed in bibliographic databases such as Scopus etc. This is voluntary for submitters; a paper is not necessary, but possible.

Yes, there is a virtual poster session. Posters can be presented as pdf files. In addition, there is the possibility of a chat function. It is planned that the posters can be augmented with further information, such as abstracts, audio documents or short videos.
